New WASD mode state now remembered and reactivated at login.
Mod Auto-walk now works with WASD if mode is active.
Mod Chat window snapping fixed; life and mana bars slightly more transparent; portrait no longer overlaps radar or party list.

New New experience bonus system for players above or below certain levels.
New New commands for developers and Sysops; NPC instruction to dispel spells on players.
