In the Lighthaven bank building, southeast of the temple, you will find a new NPC wearing a crown: Wellan.

Talk to him (talk, tell, then jewels) and accept (yes) to help him recover his jewels. He will tell you that a horde of enraged goblins attacked him on the road to Windhowl.

These are the Corrupted Goblins (and Corrupted Goblin Warriors), whose camp is along the road connecting the kraanians to Windhowl, just after the bridge (their camp center is at 2009,1074,0).

Kill Corrupted Goblins until you gather a Diamond Belt and an Amethyst-Adorned Bandana.

At low levels, they are tough and deadly in melee combat!

Bring these two items to an NPC in an orange robe, Uriel the Merchant, whose shop is opposite the weapons merchant (east of the temple) in Windhowl (1718,1203,0).

Return to Wellan in the Lighthaven bank building to receive your reward.

You must have completed Part 1 of this quest to proceed.

Talk to Silvar in a house near Elysana Blackrose's home and agree to help him.
He will ask you to kill the demon Zuwarah on Stoneheim and collect 3 vials of demon blood.

This demon is found in the Hollow Woods cave (The Sunken Forest 2196,843,2), which you fall into if you do not follow the Gremlin path. It respawns every 20 minutes and does not always drop a vial.

Once you have collected the 3 vials of Zuwarah's blood, talk again to Silvar, who started the quest.

He will ask you to wait 20 minutes while he prepares the antidote before rewarding you by sending you to Ariana in the house to the left of the Stonecrest fountain.
