Find a diamond in one of the chests in Windhowl (most often in the Mayor's house).

Go see Lord Sunrock, the Mayor of Windhowl, and say the word diamond.
This quest cancels the Black Market if completed immediately after the accusation!

Reward:

• 400 gold pieces
  

You can complete this quest as many times as you want.
